Amy is an organizational development professional with experience in financial services, hospitality, manufacturing, healthcare, and contract staffing.  Her expertise includes organizational change management, employee engagement, team and management development, individual and team interventions, performance consulting, needs analysis, , and organizational design for start-ups.   Amy is currently Vice President of Enterprise Change Management for Wells Fargo and leads the newly formed Organizational Change Management team that enables the company and its leaders to become a change responsive organization.  Her team’s focus is to promote and drive enterprise and change leadership behaviors that accelerate transformational change and deliver on business objectives.

  • The EEOC’s activity in Fiscal Year 2018
  • The number and substance of the charges filed and the litigation filed by the EEOC
  • EEOC’s priorities and focus areas.

Kristy, named in the 25th edition 2019 Best Lawyers in America© list, represents and counsels employers regarding all types of labor and employment matters arising under federal and state laws.  She is an Employment Law Attorney & Shareholder at Littler Mendelson and litigates matters in both federal and state court, including wrongful termination claims, discrimination and harassment claims, and trade secrets and unfair competition claims. She regularly appears in front of the EEOC in the investigation, mediation, and conciliation process.
