Join AZHREF on September 22nd at 8:15am for an informative program on the future of the workplace and how COVID-19 has accelerated our “someday” to today.  Richard Marshall and Karen Hobert will guide us through an interactive session focused on how the future of the workplace looks and what that means for employee engagement and transformational leadership.  The program will also focus on questions around digital transformation, some of the impacts on physical office spaces, and how business leaders and employees can build resilience for future long-term success.

  About the Speakers

  Karen Hobert is a future-oriented, big-thinking technology leader with over three decades of proven experience with digital strategy, market trends, and innovation. She has been a researcher, industry analyst and consultant for Gartner and The Burton Group, as well as business founder and entrepreneur. Her practical technology experience includes pioneering work as an application developer, technology educator, project manager, and technical writer. She is passionate about helping customers, investors, and vendors break through market noise to advance their digital enterprise goals in strategic and impactful ways. She is a member of The Analyst Syndicate, a Board member of AIIM, and President of the Board for Eco Urban Gardens, a non-profit organization building educational gardens in food deserts.


 Richard M Marshall is an industry analyst, inventor and entrepreneur, with over 30 years of experience in software design and innovation. He has been a co-founder, Gartner analyst and is currently Principal of strategic consultancy Concept Gap. He is a member of The Analyst Syndicate, a global collective of the most senior and well-respected independent analysts and sits on the board of the Edinburgh Science Festival. He also writes fiction and practices Parkour for amusement.
